Local Agent Appointment Requirements
Controlled operations document

Before Adria Cargo confirms an appointment, the local agent should provide:
- Full registered agency name and office address
- Main operations contact and after-hours contact
- Local port coverage and terminal experience
- Bank details for PDA remittance
- Sanctions and compliance declaration
- Confirmation that no conflict of interest exists for the nominated call
- Agreement to daily reporting, document control, and final DA requirements

For vessel nominations, port calls, and disbursement account matters, quote the assigned vessel or voyage reference in all correspondence.
